WHAT YOU’LL DO
Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, tracking, amendments, renewals, compliance monitoring, records management, and coordination with corporate accounting.
Manage financial operations by maintaining project budgets, reviewing financial reports, processing invoices and payments, tracking expenses, supporting annual budgeting, and coordinating bookkeeping with the corporate office.
Support business operations and growth by preparing proposal budgets and administrative documentation, coordinating bid submissions, maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment and performance reviews, and assisting with office staffing.
Oversee office administration and technology by managing facilities, coordinating building maintenance and safety, serving as the liaison with property management, and providing local IT and equipment support in partnership with corporate IT.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an office manager or senior administrative assistant in an office setting.
Experience with financial management, human resources, and contracts administration.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with demonstrated experience managing budgets, financial reports, and business documentation.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred; experience with federal and state contracting systems is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position primarily operates in an office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, and using standard office equipment. The role also involves occasional standing, walking, lifting or moving office materials weighing up to 20 pounds, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
