The Office of Intelligence and National Security (OINS) requires comprehensive administrative and operational assistance in support of intelligence coordination, executive support functions, and secure facility operations. The Administrative Assistant II will work directly with OINS leadership and designated personnel to coordinate executive-level administrative activities, manage schedules and correspondence, maintain records and reporting systems, prepare documentation, and support daily office operations within secure environments.
The Administrative Assistant II will also provide Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) administrative and operational support, including access coordination, visitor management, classified material accountability, meeting and briefing support, secure communications coordination, records management, and compliance with applicable security policies and procedures. These support services will facilitate the effective execution of OINS mission requirements while ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to national security standards.

This position is primarily performed on-site within a secure government facility. Due to the classified nature of the work, routine telework is not anticipated. Limited remote work may be authorized by the Government on a case-by-case basis.
Work Schedule:
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
Compensation will be commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and overall fit for the position.
