Rubin Rudman is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Trusts and Estates Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) to support multiple attorneys in our Trusts and Estates Department. This position plays a key role in providing administrative, client service, and document management support in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.

Compensation
The firm’s expected salary range for this position is $75,000 - $105,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on education, experience, internal equity, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.

Location
This full-time hybrid role (four days in office) is based in our Boston office at 53 State Street.
