The Administrative Assistant Senior ensures administrative support and coordination is provided to specific individuals, teams, or departments. Under general supervision, this job ensures the success and smooth-running of daily operations for employees of all levels while providing strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Essential Job Function:
- Acts as an administrative contact, working across all lines of business and with various departments to answer questions and resolve administration-related issues.
- Provides operational support for assigned leaders and teams, including appointments and arrangements, travel and expenses.
- Coordinates overall office functioning through inventory checks, space scheduling, event planning, event execution and paperwork processing.
- Acts as a liaison between medical professionals and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and cohesion to support patient needs.
- Maintains appointment calendars, contact lists and provides support, as needed.
- Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc. and is proficient in business software applications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Associate Degree in Business, office management or related field.
Experience:
- Required: 5 years of progressively responsible administrative support and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
