Provide executive-level administrative, governance, and project support to the President/CEO and Board of Directors. Manage executive communications, calendar, meetings, travel, board administration, corporate records, contracts, and special events. Serve as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, tracks priorities, maintains confidentiality, and ensures executive commitments are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, email, travel, correspondence, and daily priorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, board packets, meeting materials, and executive communications.
- Coordinate executive, Board, and committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain board governance records, corporate documents, contracts, and confidential information.
- Track executive assignments, deadlines, and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely follow-through.
- Plan and coordinate Board meetings, leadership retreats, and executive events.
- Build strong relationships with Board members, executives, employees, vendors, regulators, and community partners.
- Identify process improvements and provide administrative support for special projects and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of executive administrative experience, including support for a CEO or other C-suite executive.
- Experience supporting a Board of Directors and managing confidential information.
- Strong organizational, communication, proofreading, and project coordination skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, and related business software.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and executive presence.
- Occasional travel required.
