Key Responsibilities



Admin & Operations



  • Records: Maintain child files, immunization records, attendance, incident reports.
  • Licensing compliance: help prepare docs for state inspections, track staff training hours.
 

Communication Hub



  • Parent communication: Answer phones/emails.
  • Intake: Handle inquiries, give tours, process enrollement paperwork
 
     Masters required for this position.
