The Consumer Client Experience and Business Transformation organization operates the following programs: Client Experience, Client Feedback, Complaints, Regulatory Complaints, Executive Escalations, Consumer AI and Consumer Transformation
As an Executive Assistant the individual will be responsible for managing the administrative functions for two Executives and all coordination of routines across their teams. This job is responsible for providing diverse and confidential administrative support, including extensive calendar management. Additional responsibilities include:
Supporting management with administrative tasks
Coordinating travel arrangements
Processing expenses
Gathering and reporting information relevant to/for the executives
Complete access reviews/ARM requests as needed.
Support onboarding/off boarding of staff as needed.
Job expectations may include assisting with organizing in-person meetings and off-sites and managing different and conflicting objectives, projects, or activities in a responsive and personable manner
The individual may also provide ad hoc limited support for 1-2 additional members of the CCE&BT leadership team.
Required Qualifications::
3+ years of experience providing administrative support within BAC at the senior Management level
Able to work with confidential information
Able to proactively look for potential conflicts or issues and resolve with little or no involvement from Executive
Strong time management skills
Excellent organizational skills required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency with Microsoft CoPilot, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Knowledge of Bank Systems such as Concur, Web Ex, Workday, etc.
