Job Summary: AA is responsible for planning and coordinating daily activities of the office. AA performs a variety of administrative and office support tasks. AA oversees all clerical and administrative duties of the assigned office(s).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- GED Credential
- A combination of education and experience in administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works towards fulfilling Amplified Therapy, Inc. (Company) Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Will have assigned duties within the Company’s Charting Process and EI Referral Process.
- Will have assigned duties within the billing component of the Company.
- Performs clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
- Assists with inventory control in assigned offices.
- Maintains a clean or orderly reception/waiting room and work area.
- Maintains assigned equipment and facility in proper working order. Perform routine repairs and/or cleaning as needed.
- Participates in team discussions in an articulate, positive, and productive manner.
- Attends departmental/business staff development activities.
- Attends all mandatory in-services and participates in Company committees as requested.
- May represent the Company while participating in community outreach events, activities, meetings, trainings, etc.
- Responds to emergency situations in a competent manner.
- Adheres to established Company guidelines within the Company’s Official Documents.
- Assists in quality management, research, public relations, and program development projects when appropriate.
- Participates in Company’s Professional Development Plan.
- Carries out all responsibilities professionally and efficiently.
- Works in a manner that coincides with the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Company.
- Maintain effective communications at all levels; within the work setting and the Company.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Due to the nature of the Company, service delivery settings will vary. Must be able to adapt to a variety of settings and be willing to work in clinical, community, and home settings.
- Work area may be crowded.
- Working schedule may vary due to the nature of the business.
- Duties may involve being on one’s feet for extended periods.
- Duties may involve traveling to and from areas within the western region of New Mexico.
- Duties may involve exposure to hazardous conditions, contagious diseases, and chemicals to repair/adjust patient equipment.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
