Our diverse portfolio includes distinctive restaurant brands such as Maison Chinoise, Toulouse, Mar Y Sol, Taverna, Lombardi Cucina Italiana, Regines, and Bistro 31, with more exciting openings coming in 2026. The Role
We're seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing Marketing Department. This is an hourly position where you'll work directly with the Marketing Team to execute key marketing initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, from social media execution to event coordination, while supporting a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with social media scheduling tasks
  • Manage date entry projects and tasks
  • Maintain accurate, organized marketing records and databases
  • Take on varied projects and initiatives that keep our marketing department running smoothly
 
Qualifications
Required:
  • You're a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities with ease
  • You're a team player who takes direction well and brings a positive attitude to collaboration
  • You're thorough, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work
  • You're proactive, eager to learn and excited to grow your skills in a creative marketing environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable with data entry and managing digital tools
 
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite
  • Passion for food and beverage culture
 
What We Offer
Hourly wage: $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
Location: Dallas Corporate Office (in-person)
