Position Overview
Monarch Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a CEO during a medical leave coverage assignment. This is a high-impact opportunity for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment and can seamlessly manage complex administrative operations with discretion, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, managing daily priorities, coordinating executive logistics, supporting organizational initiatives, and handling confidential personal and business matters.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, prioritization of meetings, and coordination of executive commitments.
· Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense coordination through Concur.
· Coordinate and support large-scale corporate events, executive meetings, and organizational initiatives.
· Assist with operational projects, tracking deadlines, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless execution of priorities.
· Serve as a professional liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
· Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other executive materials.
· Provide personal assistant support to the CEO, including handling sensitive administrative and personal requests with professionalism and discretion.
· Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
· Maintain organized records, documentation, and executive-level information with strict confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 5+ years of Executive Assistant, Executive Administrator, or Personal Assistant experience supporting senior-level leadership.
· Advanced mastery of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and stakeholders.
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to operate independently with minimal direction.
· Proven experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
