PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer FTLC phone calls
Prepare reports as required by the district and state in the area served.
Answer the door iintercom for individuals seeking access to the building to determine if they should be allowed in. Scan IDs through SafeSchools and print visitor badges as appropriate.
Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer to appropriate personnel or take an accurate message.
Schedule all Manifestation Determination Conferences (both Special Education and Section 504) for the district. Reserve meeting spaces, send out calendar invites and notices, and the respective version of parent rights. Process all required paperwork to complete the district processes with accuracy.
Schedule all expulsion hearings for the district. Process all required paperwork to complete the District processes with accuracy.
Complete the registration process for the online program.
Perform related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent
One to three years of office experience or equivalency
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Operate standard office equipment
Efficiently operate a telephone system
Type/word process accurately at a rate required for successful job performance-minimum 35 net words per minute
Maintain routine records and files
Establish and maintain effective work relationships with those contacted in the performance of required jobs
