The role: Executive Assistant
Location: San Francisco, CA | Onsite 5x a week
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 DOE + Overtime + Bonus & Exceptional Benefits

The Role
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and process expense reports.
- Schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences.
- Assist with meeting preparation and presentation materials.
- Track action items and follow up on key deliverables.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous Executive Assistant or administrative support experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with grace and efficiency.
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Collaborative mindset and team-first attitude.
- Proactive, dependable, and service-oriented.
