Counseling and Attendance Secretary

4 hours per day
5 days per week
Salary:
Class III starting at $25.33 per hour
*Wage Placement based on similar experience
Required Experience:
- Good Communication and Customer Service skills
- Good organization skills
- Knowledge of Infinite Campus, Blackboard Connect, Google Docs
- Preferred bilingual skills
- Experience in an educational setting
Responsibilities:
1. Processing all students' attendance records and related procedures.
2. Serve as contact for students, teachers and parents dealing with attendance and related matters.
3. Processing students attendance
4. Coordinate appointments for the counselors.
5. Enroll all new families in the summer and throughout the year.
6. Work collaboratively with the district office and other schools to enroll and transfer families as needed.
7. Secretarial task related to the administrative team.
8. Support & Setup for events.
9. Other duties as assigned
