Important Schedule Expectation
This role requires flexibility to monitor and respond to evening emails as needed due to communication with overseas manufacturers and partners across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate takes ownership, is responsive, and understands the importance of keeping business moving outside of standard business hours when necessary.
Position Overview
Growing family-owned product company seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to serve as the CEO's trusted right hand. This is a hands-on role supporting executive operations, coordinating projects, improving processes, and ensuring day-to-day business priorities stay on track. The ideal candidate is resourceful, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO by managing priorities, communications, and follow-up
Coordinate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, logistics partners, and internal teams
Keep projects organized and ensure deadlines are met
Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions
Assist with reporting, pricing analysis, and operational tracking
Serve as a trusted representative of ownership when appropriate
Qualifications
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
Advanced Excel and spreadsheet proficiency
Manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or product-based business experience strongly preferred
