TITLE: Substitute Administrative Assistant/District
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
2. Ability to operate personal computer, peripherals, and technology tools preferred
3. Three to five years related experience and/or training
4. Exceptional communication skills
REPORTS TO: Administrator Assigned
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Serves as a liaison between schools and the district for accounting purposes.
2. Types of correspondence include letters, memos, purchase orders, check requests, and forms.
3. Makes and receives telephone calls, takes messages, and routes calls.
4. Prepares, distributes, and files records, reports, correspondence, mailings, etc., related to district/building functions.
5. Serves as confidential secretary to the administrator assigned.
6. Operates standard office equipment.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Salary and work year are determined by the Board of Education.
EVALUATION:
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
$165 per day
