JOB DESCRIPTION � SHARED SCHOOL BUSINESS OFFICIAL/BOARD SECRETARY
CERTIFICATION: This position shall be the designated School Business Official for the District. Accordingly, this employee shall maintain the appropriate School Business Official authorization as required by law, and the Iowa School Business Official standards and criteria found at 281 IAC 81.7 shall apply to the duties of this position, except where expressly noted and agreed to by the employee and District.
QUALIFICATIONS:
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Twelve-month contract. Salary and benefits to be determined by the Board of Education.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: With all district employees, vendors, and the general public.
REPORTS TO: Superintendent/School Board
CONSULTS WITH: Superintendent, Central Office Staff, Principals, Supervisors/Coordinators, substitute teachers, classified personnel, and district permanent staff.
BASIC FUNCTION: District School Business Official.

EVALUATION: The performance of this job will be evaluated by the Superintendent in accordance with the board's policy on the evaluation of support services personnel.
