River City Community Church is seeking a spiritually mature Christian leader to serve as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Pastor. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Pastor, who oversees key ministries of the church and the subsidiary organizations of the Real Life Center. These include River City Community Church, River City Believers Academy, Real Life Community Outreach, and Real Life Center for the Performing Arts.
About Us
River City Community Church was started in 1995 as a small group in the home of Sean and Lauri Azzaro. Today it owns and operates the Real Life Center (110-acre campus with 180,000 square feet of buildings) which includes a thriving Christian church averaging 1,500 people per weekend. The private Christian school serves PreK–12th grade with a current enrollment of 175 students. Real Life Community Outreach oversees a large regional food pantry and vocational training program. We envision over the next ten years investing and developing the church and its subsidiaries to their full potential. This includes investing in staff and leadership development, the full development of our 110-acre campus, and following the Lord into new opportunities to serve Him within our community.
Our dream is to see the Real Life Center become a thriving hub of ministry that offers beauty, functionality, and security—allowing our church, school, and nonprofit organizations to flourish as a welcoming and redemptive refuge for our community.
