Key Responsibilities

- Maintain club records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
