The location: NYC Onsite | 5 Days/Week
Compensation: $140,000–$160,000+ DOE + Bonus + Exceptional Benefits
A highly respected finance firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a group of Senior Executives in its New York headquarters. Day-to-Day
- Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple senior executives, balancing shifting priorities with precision and foresight.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and last-minute changes.
- Prepare executives for meetings through agenda management, meeting materials, research, and follow-up action items.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper by managing communications, prioritizing requests, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
- Track expenses, process reimbursements, and assist with budget-related administrative tasks.
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support across the organization.
- Assist with special projects, presentations, offsites, and team events as needed.
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
What They're Looking For
- Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives within finance, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, hedge funds, or similarly fast-paced professional environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and excellent judgment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and naturally anticipates executive needs before they arise.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools.
