We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant III who is fluent in Korean and English (read, write, speak) to join our team.<\/span>

Role
and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>Provide daily administrative support to the executive: Manage complex scheduling and other affairs for executives, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, and other company logistics.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Assist in meeting and workshop scheduling and meeting materials preparation such as confirmations, welcome packets, final documents mailings, name badges, signage.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Perform other tasks as assigned.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Provide administrative support to the team: Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, office facilities management, shipping/receiving of orders on behalf of the team.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Assist in office event planning and coordinating.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Assist with new hire/dispatcher onboarding preparation: ordering phone, lap top, business card, name plate, desk assignment, etc.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Required Experience and Education:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>3+ years of professional experience in high -tech companies, media companies or information centers preferred but not required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Bachelors degree<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Fluency in English and Korean required (read, write, speak).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and
