Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:
To perform all duties and responsibilities which promote the goals and objectives of the Utica Community School District Adult Education programs.
- Support the daily operations of Adult Education programs, including Adult Basic Education (ABE), Adult Secondary Education (ASE), English as a Second Language (ESL), and High School Completion
- Maintain compliance with district policies and State of Michigan program guidelines.
- Register and intake students for Adult Education programs.
- Enter and manage student data in PowerSchool, TOPSpro, and the Michigan Adult Education Reporting System (MAERS)
- Communicate daily with students regarding absences to support attendance and retention
- Track and record daily and weekly attendance; monitor patterns and report concerns to the Adult Education Supervisor
- Track and enter student instructional hours in TOPSpro/MAERS
- Conduct required follow-up with students in accordance with State of Michigan requirements
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Adult Education Supervisor
- Perform general office and secretarial duties
- Respond to program-related inquiries from students, staff, and community members
- Provide phone and in-person support; communicate effectively with students, teachers, and community partners
