This is an on-call position, which means it is a part-time, hourly role. This position will work up to 39 hours per week. The pay range for this position $25.00 - $31.00/hour based on experience and education This position is eligible to enroll in the City and County of Denver’s 457b retirement plan. This position is not eligible for other additional benefits. On‐call positions may have routine or variable work schedules.
This role is primarily based at the Wellington Webb Building (201 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80202) and may require occasional travel to other City buildings, all within walking distance. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with specific hours to be determined upon hire.

The City Attorney’s Office is hiring part-time Executive Assistant II for the Prosecution and Code Enforcement (PACE) and Finance and Business Operations (FABO) Sections of the Department of Law.
Specifically, as the Executive Assistant of City Attorney’s Office, you will:
Oversee the functionality and maintenance of printers in courtroom
Ensure brochures are printed, organized, and consistently stocked for distribution
Maintain and update the internal staff phone list
Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies when necessary
Assist with filing pretrial and probation revocation reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage incoming emails for general responses
Update name records with new addresses
Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling and securing rooms for all-PACE meetings
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Review and process claim payment requests
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments and staff.
Coordinate facilities requests to ensure operations run efficiently.
Prepare, maintain, and distribute miscellaneous reports to support departmental operations and management needs.
Other duties as assigned

Education requirement: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.

Education/Experience Equivalency: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirement.
