The Office Manager oversees front desk operations, IT, payroll, bookkeeping, and staff benefits. This role requires organization, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced senior living environment.
Supervise front desk staff and manage daily operations
Oversee IT, network, and communications systems
Process payroll and assist with in-house bookkeeping, reporting irregularities to Administrator
Maintain accurate census and resident records
Manage staff benefits, including medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and holidays
Report needed repairs, unsafe conditions, or workplace incidents
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED required; College degree preferred (Accounting/Management)
3+ years of office management or administrative experience
WA State Driver’s License required
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, ADP payroll, and general computer/network systems
Strong multitasking, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Lift up to 25 lbs; push 250 lb carts or residents as needed
Sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive arm/hand motions
