Avante Orthopaedics is a brand-new, innovative orthopaedic practice transforming how musculoskeletal care is delivered. We’re seeking a versatile, proactive Administrative Assistant to join us at the ground floor and grow with our team.

Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in daily operations and marketing/outreach efforts—a true multitasker and team player ready to tackle a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Support internal office operations
• Assist with marketing and community outreach activities
• Help ensure a smooth patient experience
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and basic office tasks
• Contribute ideas as we grow!

Ideal Qualifications:

• College graduate
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational prowess
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a willingness to learn new software

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Spanish-speaking a plus!
• Graphic design or social media experience
• Prior orthopaedics/healthcare experience
• Sales or marketing background
