What You'll Do:
Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, memos, and other business documents
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Attend meetings and record meeting minutes as needed
Process administrative paperwork including timesheets, invoices, expense reports, and employment requisitions
Review and process department documents such as purchase requests, work orders, and activity reports
Manage petty cash, reconcile balances, and maintain company checking account records
Order office supplies and coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment
Organize and maintain confidential files and records for efficient retrieval
Serve as a point of contact for vendors, staff, and other business partners
Assist with special projects, data collection, and report preparation
Maintain company databases, including census and tracking systems
Track company-issued equipment such as computers, cell phones, and other devices
Support recordkeeping to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal requirements
Assist with Human Resources administrative tasks as needed
Provide backup support to other administrative staff and perform Associate Administrative Assistant duties when required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years of administrative support experience
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Ability to work independently while supporting multiple priorities
Additional Requirements:
Travel as needed
Ability to perform light physical work, including lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally
