The Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services (MHSADS) is seeking a talented and motivated individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant II in the Operations Support program. In this role, you will work with a trusted and reputable team that has a history of success connecting individuals and their families with person-centered, recovery-oriented services and supports.

Our department is currently seeking a friendly and hard-working Administrative Assistant to join our Operations Support team. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to MHSADS programs and the Loudoun community.
Ideal candidates will possess exceptional customer service skills, strong written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have proficient technical skills in standard Microsoft Office 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel) and SharePoint.
Primary responsibilities include:
High School diploma or equivalent; two (2) years of related clerical/administrative work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
