The Role: Executive Assistant to Co-Founder
The Location: Palo Alto, CA (5 Days Onsite)
Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 Base Salary DOE + Incredible Benefits

Our client, a fast-paced, mission-driven space technology company, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Co-Founder during an exciting stage of growth. As the Executive Assistant, you will:
- Manage an incredibly dynamic and ever-changing calendar while strategically prioritizing competing requests and business initiatives.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, creating seamless itineraries and proactively anticipating every logistical detail.
- Partner closely with the Co-Founder to maximize productivity, streamline operations, and ensure priorities remain aligned.
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions, investor meetings, board meetings, and company offsites from planning through execution.
- Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, meeting materials, and briefing documents.
- Track action items, drive follow-up, and help ensure critical initiatives continue moving forward.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships while partnering with leaders across the organization to keep communication flowing efficiently.
- Jump into special projects and operational initiatives with a "no task is too big or too small" mentality.
- Provide after-hours support when needed, demonstrating flexibility and a strong sense of ownership.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or founders as an Executive Assistant.
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology company.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple competing priorities.
- Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the highest level of discretion.
- A proactive, scrappy, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think several steps ahead.
- A genuine willingness to operate with a 24/7 mentality in support of a founder whose schedule extends beyond traditional business hours.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
