At Moss Creek, you'll play a vital role in supporting one of the Lowcountry's most beautiful private communities. You'll work alongside our Director of Golf & Grounds Maintenance, Golf Course Superintendents, and Community Maintenance team to help keep our award-worthy golf courses, landscapes, ponds, and natural habitats thriving.
No two days are the same—and that's exactly what makes this position so exciting!
What You'll Do
You'll be the organizational powerhouse behind the scenes by:
- Keeping projects, invoices, reports, and records running smoothly
- Coordinating schedules and departmental communications
- Supporting exciting environmental initiatives, including our partnership with Audubon International
- Assisting with storm water pond management and conservation projects
- Ordering supplies, plants, and landscaping materials
- Communicating with employees, contractors, vendors, and homeowners
- Tracking service requests and helping keep projects on schedule
- Supporting our maintenance team with administrative tasks that make a big impact

Spanish/English bilingual skills are a HUGE plus! Many of our valued team members speak Spanish, so your ability to communicate in both languages will help strengthen our team and contribute to an even more collaborative workplace.

- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Has bookkeeping or administrative experience
- Pays attention to details and enjoys solving problems
- Takes initiative and enjoys learning something new every day
Experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, environmental programs, construction, or community maintenance is a bonus—but we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and organizational skills!

Requirements
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent administrative experience
- 2+ years of administrative and bookkeeping experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Spanish/English bilingual skills are highly preferred
