Executive Assistant | Senior Star

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Administrator to serve as a trusted partner to our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and help drive the strategic work that supports all of our communities.
This role is ideal for someone who loves organization, thrives behind the scenes, and takes pride in making sure every detail is handled with excellence. You'll provide high-level administrative support that keeps our leadership team organized, prepared, and focused on serving our communities. You'll also supervise our Part-Time Receptionist and help ensure every interaction reflects Senior Star's commitment to Top in Class hospitality and professionalism.

What You'll Do
Partner directly with the Chief Strategy Officer to keep priorities moving forward.
Supervise the Part-Time Receptionist, providing direction, support, and coaching while ensuring a welcoming, professional front office experience.
Oversee day-to-day corporate office operations, ensuring the office is organized, efficient, and reflects Senior Star's commitment to Top in Class hospitality.
Manage a complex executive calendar, meetings, travel, and strategic scheduling.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive communications with exceptional attention to detail.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and help keep strategic initiatives on track.
Organize planning meetings, leadership events, and special projects.
Maintain highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Create systems that keep projects, documentation, and workflows organized and efficient.
Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and step in wherever support is needed—even for the unexpected.
Process and code expenses using expense management software.

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting senior or C-suite leaders.
Previous experience leading or supervising administrative or office support staff is preferred.
Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm, flexible, and resourceful.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
A passion for serving others and supporting leaders so they can do their best work.
