The Role: Executive Assistant to Office of the CEO
The City: New York City | Onsite, 3-4x/week
The Money: $160 - $175k base

A globally recognized organization is seeking a highly polished and strategic Executive Assistant to support the Office of the CEO. This is a rare opportunity to step into one of the most visible administrative roles within the company, working at the center of executive leadership, governance, and organizational strategy.
As a trusted partner to the Office of the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of executive priorities and board governance activities. You'll manage complex logistics, facilitate communication among senior leaders and directors, and help create the structure and organization necessary for leadership to operate at its highest level.
The Day-to-Day
- Manage complex and ever-changing executive calendars, ensuring priorities are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings, speaking engagements, and executive events.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Track key initiatives, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO's office and internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate all Board and Committee meeting logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and onsite execution.
- Prepare and distribute board materials, presentations, agendas, and supporting documentation.
