Essential Functions:

• Provide a welcoming environment for visitors and deliver exceptional customer service
  
• Complete various administrative duties and assist teammates
• Pave a path to address questions and needs via phone, email and in-person
• Provide administrative support to our strategic leadership team
• Shine light on the organization by collaborating to create and plan fun, engaging team activities and staff meetings
• Enjoy a sense of accomplishment as a highly engaged team player

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to take initiative and desire to support team members
• Time management and organizational skills
•  Experience and comfort with Microsoft office suite
• Sense of accomplishment of being the highly engaged team player

Education and Experience:

Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.  Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

• High School diploma
• Three to five years of increasingly responsible administrative and clerical experience and/or graduation from accredited business school
