The Role: Executive Assistant to Partners + Event Support
The Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite 4-5x/week + occasional evenings & weekends)
The Money: $180k - $200k Base  + Benefits
The Industry: Venture Capital

We’re seeking a Senior EA to support two Partners at a prominent firm. You’ll be the calm, high-functioning engine behind their days and travel - while also helping set the tone for the firm’s culture and client/founder experience.

You’ll support two partners, both enthusiastic, high-touch leaders who want an EA partner who can match their pace, anticipate needs, and keep things moving smoothly.

This is a role for someone who can juggle executive support and event-driven execution - think: the kind of events people talk about after.

The Day-to-Day:

• Coordinate high-volume travel arrangements and logistics
• Oversee schedule and strategically plan out Executive's calendar/meetings
• Communicate externally with founders and portfolio companies, displaying a high level of discretion and professionalism
• Support and coordinate networking events, fireside chats, and founder-focused gatherings

• Strong events background/experience 
• Direct EA experience supporting senior leadership in a fast paced environment 
• Comfort operating in a high-visibility, founder-facing environment
