Job Description:
The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of comprehensive administrative functions in this fast-paced human resources department. The individual will ensure a smooth-running office daily and will coordinate operations in the department. This ideal candidate must be a polished professional with great interpersonal and phone skills.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative/secretarial support to the department.
- Completing administrative tasks and projects.
- Answer questions, direct requests to appropriate staff, and work with others in the department to resolve issues.
- Create tracking systems (insurance coverage, performance reviews, and other department functions).
- Coordinate and schedule department meetings.
- Make business travel arrangements.
- Order and track supplies for the department.
- Other duties as needed.

- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential and delicate situations.
- Self-starter, confident, motivated by challenge, and ability to work effectively without continual supervision.

- Advanced in MS Office and computer applications.
- Must be flexible and available to work additional hours occasionally.
Experience:
- 3 + years of administrative experience in a fast-paced human resource environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Education Requirement:
College courses or degree preferred
