- Salary Range: $72,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience, plus performance-based bonus potential
About This Opportunity
A highly esteemed luxury plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills is seeking a Plastic Surgery Patient Experience & Front Office Manager to lead front office operations, support patient communication, and contribute to a high-quality patient experience. This is a key role for someone who is organized, service-driven, sales-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard practice. The right candidate will help ensure that prospective and existing patients receive a warm, professional, and seamless experience from inquiry through consultation, booking, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Experience & Concierge Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing patients across phone, email, text, and in-person communication, providing warm, professional, concierge-level service.
- Manage patient inquiries, consultation scheduling, pre-operative communication, and post-operative follow-up with accuracy and care.
- Help convert qualified inquiries into consultations and bookings through consistent, thoughtful follow-up and trust-building communication.
- Collaborate with clinical, surgical coordination, and administrative team members to deliver a cohesive patient experience.
- Front Office Operations: Lead and manage front office operations to ensure a smooth and organized patient journey.
- Support, train, and guide front office team members to maintain consistent service standards.
- Use CRM and other technology tools to maintain accurate patient records and support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor patient communication, follow-up activity, and consultation scheduling to ensure timely responses.
- Identify workflow improvements that enhance front office efficiency and the patient experience.
- Sales & Practice Growth: Support strategies to increase consultation bookings and overall practice growth by monitoring goals related to inquiries, consultation bookings, and patient conversion.
- Proactively reach out to leads and follow up with prospective patients to maintain a strong conversion process.
- Educate patients on available surgical and non-surgical services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to support lead nurturing and re-engagement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a sales-driven, customer service, patient care, front office, or client-facing role.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership, training, or team management experience required.
- Proven ability to meet goals, support revenue growth, or improve booking and conversion outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and team members.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and positive demeanor with a commitment to upholding high service standards.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, patient management systems, or similar technology.
- Ability to work well in a small, collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, med spa, concierge medicine, luxury healthcare, or a premium service environment.
- Knowledge of patient experience, sales, and front office best practices.
