Executive Assistant to the CEO
A growing healthcare organization in the New Rochelle, NY area is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. This full-time, Monday through Friday position is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership.
The Executive Assistant will oversee complex scheduling, coordinate meetings and communications, prepare correspondence and reports, manage confidential information, and assist with a variety of administrative projects that support the CEO and the organization's daily operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leadership in a healthcare, medical, or other professional office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and staff.
