The Role
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our chief executive — managing priorities, protecting time, and ensuring that every meeting, communication, and commitment moves forward with purpose. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that sits at the center of our organization's leadership.
What You'll Do
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination to keep priorities on track
Screen and manage executive communications — emails, calls, and correspondence — with professionalism and discretion
Prepare reports, briefing materials, presentations, and executive correspondence
Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries as needed
Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Maintain organized records, filing systems, and executive documentation
Provide administrative support for special projects and CEO-led initiatives
What You Bring
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred)
3–5 years of executive administrative experience, ideally supporting a CEO or senior executive
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit environments is a plus — but not required
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication with a polished, professional presence
A commitment to confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
