The Administrative Assistant- Developmental Services provides front-office and administrative support for programs within the Developmental Services Division, helping ensure accurate financial processing and a professional experience for callers and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process accounts payable and receivable with timely, accurate documentation for the assigned areas
- Answer and route incoming calls; greet and assist visitors professionally
- Maintain orderly records, data entry, and routine office correspondence
- Coordinate office coverage, monitor building organization/safety, and manage supply ordering/inventory
- Serve as Consumer Funds Specialist (Representative Payee) for individuals residing at Merryfield ICF/ID Residence
Required knowledge and skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a business environment with frequent customer interaction
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and clear communication
