Our medical practice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive our strategic vision. If you are a results-oriented leader with a passion for exceptional patient care and team management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities & Leadership:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflows and strict adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage staff schedules, resolve interpersonal issues, and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
- Patient Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring every patient receives a resolution that exceeds expectations.
- Strategic Implementation: Partner with the Operations Team and Medical Director to develop and execute business plans that drive growth.
- Resource Management: Monitor equipment needs, manage procurement, and oversee IT/EMR system health.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards for regulatory compliance and clinical quality assurance.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Marketing, HR, Billing to ensure seamless company-wide processes.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare management or a comparable leadership role.
- Education: 4-year degree from an accredited university required.
- Technology: Proficiency in Windows-based office technologies and EMR systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a talent for building cross-functional relationships.
Great to have:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in multi-site clinical management.
