We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and dependable Office Manager to help lead our Dickinson office and support the work that makes aging at home possible.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being a steady support for both clients and team members.
Help oversee daily office operations and keep things running smoothly
Be a friendly, professional point of contact for clients, caregivers, and community partners
Support scheduling and coordination to ensure great client and Care Pro matches
Maintain accurate records and documentation in our systems
Assist with client onboarding, introductions, and service follow-up
Support caregiver hiring, onboarding, and training as needed
Encourage teamwork and provide support to office staff
Help ensure Home Instead standards and quality of care are upheld
Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

3–5 years of business or management experience (healthcare or human services a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and people skills
A positive, team-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities with care and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfort using Microsoft Office and office software
