Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to department managers and team members
- Manage and maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring documents are accurately stored and easily retrievable
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls, preparing agendas and distributing materials as needed
- Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence including emails, memos, and reports
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Order and track office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are adequately maintained
- Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Must-Have Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of one year of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work products

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
