DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks related to TuboCert certification database.
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks related to TuboTest exam software.
- Filing of hard copy documents
- Processing of classroom training files.
- Purchase order processing related to office supplies, external quality audits etc.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School diploma required; some college or college degree preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative assistant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- This individual must have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and work well with internal clients.
- Must be dependable, flexible and a team player.
- Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Bilingual – (Spanish) a plus
