EMR USA is seeking an organized, customer-focused bilingual Office Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you’ll oversee daily office operations, manage ticket payouts, maintain accurate transaction records, and help ensure efficient administrative processes across the site.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using computer systems, and committed to delivering excellent service while supporting a fast-paced office environment.

What You’ll Do
Process and pay out customer tickets accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate accounting records for cash and check balances
Deliver exceptional customer service to dealers, vendors, and customers
Enter transaction data into manufacturing software systems
Maintain and organize transaction-related documentation and files
Answer phone calls and emails and direct inquiries appropriately
Assist with office budgeting and support adherence to operational budgets
Monitor office supply levels and coordinate purchasing as needed
Arrange office maintenance and ensure equipment remains operational
Track office performance and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and efficiency

Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This position is based primarily in an office environment and requires regular use of computers, telephones, copiers, and standard office equipment.
Physical requirements include:
Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods
Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in confined spaces as needed
