ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions and Primary Duties
- Preparation of engagement letters and contracts, setting up new client information in our systems
- Collect and enter/download data from clients and review for accuracy
- File and retrieve documents, records, and reports
- Prepares engagement letters and other correspondence with clients
- Back-end processing such as printing, coping, filing, basic quality assurance and delivery of tax returns
- Operates accounting and/or tax software to record, store and analyze data
- Additional responsibilities and project work as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in office environment and preferably performing as an administrative assistant
- Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
