We are seeking an Office Manager/IT coordinator to join our Wall Street headquarters and play a key role in driving operational efficiency within the organization.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient office manager that thrives in a fast-paced and growth focused environment. This individual will facilitate smooth operations within the office as well as handle IT operations and execute day-to-day tasks. Furthermore, we are seeking an individual who can manage multiple priorities and is a resourceful problem-solver, eager to contribute to a productive and collaborative workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily tasks and office operations
- Coordinate office logistics and ensure all workstations are fully operational and employees have the necessary tools and access
- Coordinate inventory, equipment, and food purchases and deliveries
- Issue access cards, fobs, and computer equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Serve as a liaison between office departments to ensure efficiency
- Support both front-end and back-end IT functions
- Serve as a primary contact for office related requests and issues
- Organize company meetings, office-wide initiatives, events, and on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Work with external vendors and service providers when needed
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in office management and IT support
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and system administration
- Knowledge of switch stacking and network troubleshooting
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Google IT Support Certification is preferred
