Description
The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role supports management and staff by handling communications, scheduling, documentation, and organizational tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour DOE
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Responsibilities- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and document management
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for leadership or team members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate ordering
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, employee records, or HR-related documentation as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
