- Be the first impression of our company—greeting visitors and supporting team members with professionalism and warmth
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Maintain a consistent, professional front-desk presence during business hours
- Provide hands-on administrative support to leadership and staff
- Manage multiple priorities with precision in a fast-paced environment
- Stay flexible and proactive as priorities shift throughout the day
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, visitors, and external partners
