What You'll Be Doing

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Routing and dispatching service calls to our restoration technicians in the field
• Providing support to restoration technicians to ensure they have the necessary information and resources to effectively complete their duties
• Writing, editing, and proofreading correspondence and documents
• Interacting with customers to confirm service appointments, provide updates, and address any concerns
• Supporting the manager with data compilation reporting, Excel spreadsheets, and statistical information
