As a member of the ASE Operations Admin team, you will be responsible for managing scheduling, organizational logistics, budget oversight, and operational support across multiple functional areas of ASE. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, supporting ASE organizations across our Cupertino and Seattle locations. 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, supporting senior-level management in a corporate or professional environment or comparable experience\\nDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity\\nExperience coordinating logistics such as room bookings, catering, shipping, or event support\\nComfortable working with purchasing, expense reconciliation, or P-card processes\\nA Bachelor"s degree, Associate"s degree (AA), or equivalent practical experience
