Executive AssistantA highly respected, top-tier investment firm is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support two Senior Partners. This is a classic, high-level EA role in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, discretion, and being a true strategic partner.
Location: Menlo Park & San Fransisco, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Compensation: $160K - $170K base + benefits

About the Role:You will provide dedicated support to two Senior Partners who are deeply engaged across the firm’s portfolio and broader ecosystem. Both are externally facing - serving on boards, participating in industry events, and maintaining high visibility across the market. This role requires a steady hand, strong judgment, and the ability to operate seamlessly behind the scenes.This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible, trusted position within a premier firm, working alongside thoughtful and engaging leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Own complex calendar management across multiple time zones and priorities
- Coordinate extensive internal and external meetings, including board-related logistics
- Manage travel planning and itineraries with precision and foresightAct as a gatekeeper and thought partner, prioritizing competing demandsLiaise with portfolio companies, investors, and other high-profile stakeholders
- Handle ad hoc projects and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within venture capital, private equity, or similar high-performance environments.
- A professional, career Executive Assistant who understands the nuances of supporting senior partners
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving instincts
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information with care
- Naturally proactive with strong communication skills and a sense of humor
