TITLE:12-MONTH MAIN OFFICE SECRETARY  

REPORTS TO:    HS PRINCIPAL AND VICE PRINCIPALS

QUALIFICATIONS/

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong interpersonal skills in relating to students, teachers, parents, vendors and guests.
• Excellent secretarial skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and proficiency in  Google Workspace.
• Handles general office responsibilities including phones, classroom phones and door security.  Acts as a receptionist when necessary.
• Responds to parental requests and inquiries.  
• Sorts and distributes mail.
• Maintains student and staff parking
• Maintains pertinent school records.
• Self-starter.
• Organizing, filing and familiarity with high school operations and corresponding systems and databases.
• Any other duties assigned by the Administration.
• Prior school experience is a plus.
